Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for coaching sessions and educational packages. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@washinggreengree.world

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available if the service has not yet been delivered or if you cancel before your scheduled session. Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Digital resources (guides, templates, workbooks) are non-refundable once accessed. Group workshops are non-refundable if attended.

4. Cancellation of Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) forfeit the session payment.

5. Membership Refunds

Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, membership is non-refundable but can be paused or modified.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
